Refund policy

At Joywell, every order is prepared and delivered with care. Because our products are custom-prepared and perishable (including balloons, flowers, cakes, cupcakes, and gifts), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been confirmed and prepared for delivery.

Order Not Delivered or Not Fulfilled

If your order was not delivered or not fulfilled due to an error on our part (for example, a delivery failure or missing items), you may be eligible for a re-delivery or a refund.
To qualify:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery time.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once verified, Joywell will either:

  • Re-deliver your order as soon as possible, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can make it right.
